This visit is for smaller updates and repair projects under $10,000 — like flooring, painting, drywall, trim, or other service work. We’ll meet at your home for a 15–30 minute walkthrough, take quick measurements, and discuss what needs to be done. After the visit, you’ll get a clear written estimate by email.
